The original thread already had a solution posted and OP followed the instructions provided. Not everything is a racism, the dude remarking to OP is just an asshole.
OP also looks rather toxic, maybe he should have posted whole chat : p
Sounds like something that was provoked, seeing the attitude in the few messages the OP does.
Either way, ignoring is the way.
Use this or the in-game report tool. Only way they can handle this.
I see people saying OP was toxic but thats irrelevant you can sht talk in game but the line is crossed when u bring an irl tragedy like this and say its deserved etc
