it was bait and switch…like how can u justify nerfing it less then a month out and selling it for 40$ they didnt even add it in the mount section u have to purchase that huge bundle its a scam this company (smilegate) is garbage fucking worse then blizzard.
I think that its more likely it was just not thought about, our patches are a mess of new and old features and stuff like this can and will probably happen. I knew about koreans having equilized mounts a few months ago and I thought we already had that so i was always surprised that cloud seemingly escaped it. They should have probably fixed it sooner on our version but I imagine it went under the radar.
Technically it is in the TOS that they can change ingame items at any time without warning or remove them outright. Everyone playing the game has agreed to that. Legally I would say they are on pretty solid ground. People are just pissed off and jumping to conclusions right now. They are still looking into it. Just wait and see what they have to say before you go starting law suits over a digital orange cloud.

real money, the 3sec over a map is many sec’s so it QOL improvement while hunting or something else.

It doesnt matter if it was an oversight or not, its not the fault or the job of the buyer to know such stuff, the seller need to know something like that and inform people before they sell something.
And its definitely not good for AGS reputation.

but it was in kr patchnotes 2 months ago! i think the bug here is that it just wasn’t in patch notes.
plus the buffs a bunch of other mounts (especially boost mounts) was really nice.

The main problem is why smilegate finds it any priority to nerf things like mounts as disguise of “fear of mount p2w” when you can literally buy honing materials from their shop or just exchange royal crystals for gold.
Having limited-time paid mounts better than others should be the least of their worries.

its called game balance man. its unfortunate that they have to balance things that people choose to spend money on because that means they will cry about it. yall sound like the guy asking for a refund and pheons comped to him for the surge nerf.

Yes, because smilegate+ags care about making sure everything is fair when money is invovled. 
Imagine dropping $50 just for the mount because it has a short cd jump 2 days before they stealth nerf it. Amazon support doesn’t give back money even if you lost something due to a bug, let alone for something like this. Not to mention that it’s kinda false advertisement and that’s against the law

Where was the advertisement? Was there a notice ingame? Was there a video going “Wow fast mount?” There was no advertisement about the mount so idk what your saying.
Are you ok? It’s literally being sold with its existing stats. There doesn’t have to be an actual ad for it to be against the law. You bought one thing but don’t have it now in that form.
Item rebalancing in MMOs is extremely common actually. Not to mention even IF there had been an advertisement

kinda has them covered legally speaking. You agreed to that when you signed up. Maybe read the terms before you invest if this kind of super minor change is going to trigger you this badly.

They shadow nerfed it same day when it was removed from the cash shop hello. It was being sold as one thing and nerfed right after everyone bought it. literally on the same day. It’s outrageous. It’s the only reason I bought the mount

Why are so many statting this was done on the Korean servers so you should expect it ? How far down are you gone? I do not care personally about Korean servers, we do not have thier skins thier content, they options in Mari or shops, we get the scraps. Their game is not run by bots, their game has full pacth notes with communications, i am sorry but Korean and our version are two different games. People paid for something and it was changed, may work in Korea but not here.
