when 8 legion raid players from a different countries with a different internet connection, 7 of us got a random dc last gate on bar 2, and somehow only one managed to end it, and we all LOSE THE REWARDS…
most of my friends in guild having the same issue.
I am sorry to hear about the disconnection problems your friends encountered. Please note differing regions and playing during high volume times may definitely impact this.
Here are some things that can be checked to improve connections:
1- Please verify the integrity of game with the Steam integrity check How To run a Steam Integrity Check
2- Close other applications that may be taking up your bandwidth.
3- Switch to a wired connection.
4- Restart your router and modem.
5- Troubleshoot your firewall.
-Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
-Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
-Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the app is missing from the list, you need to add it.
*Click Allow another app…, locate and select the app, then click Add.
*Once you’ve done that, you need to ensure that the app is checked, and that it has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.
6- Test your connection for packet loss or buffering. To test, go here and click the big Start Test button to start the test. Once the test is complete, the results are displayed.
7- Verify you are not using VPN or proxy services. (Note the use of VPN is not permitted when connecting to our servers).
If the issue persists after this, the scenario will require our tech team to look into your logs and follow up directly with other possibly sensitive account information that is best not posted on the forums so it would be best if you could please create a web ticket by going to Contact Us | Amazon Games.

Please note that all affected players, who did not benefit of the troubleshooting, should create individual tickets in order to bring visibility to the issue and so that it can be reviewed in depth. Based on the review, our devs can determine the next best course of action.
your working for the amazon, so please let them know ( devs ) that there is a problem with their servers and let them check. If you want every single player to put tickets this forum will flood with same issue. So please let them know we have bigger issues than pheon maintenances .
When i see game support thread , I only see certain copy pasted replies that matches for few issues. When someone put an unknown issue, you guys copy paste the most close issue’s reply. Sorry for telling these, I’m really mad about this . I got disconnected 4-5 times from rested chaos dungeons, In vykas raids, In guardians. I know my network working very well. Its not just me, when we dc , 3-4 people dc at the same time. That can’t be a network issue, how can 4 people from 4 countries have same network issue at the same time ? So please let them know
Thank you for following up and sharing your input. Please note we have several thousands of players that are not being affected by any issue so, indeed, submitting a ticket if the trouble-shooting does not alleviate it is the way to go.
Tickets are not submitted in the forums but via the links provided in my earlier post and if enough tickets are submitted showing a pattern, then perhaps this can be analyzed whereas at present there is no bug recognized in this.
