About 3 days ago, I had participated in vykas raid group and encounter lost connection issue so I can’t join game in 1 hour. When I return to the game, I lost my turn to vykas raid but my gate still exist. I had found this problem in players who have be the same like me and they said it only take 1 day for me to receive the Entry Tickets through mail but it have been 3 days since I encounter the issue and the game almost weekend but there is no Re-Entry Tickets. So can I have support?

I’m sorry that you got disconnected during Vykas Raid, if the disconnection happened due to a server verified error your entry or reward should be handed back in no more than 48 hours, in case that the disconnection happened due to a ISP outage, a hardware or anything non server related then sadly we won’t have the possibility to provide you the entry back.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.
