If you disconnect from a raid for whatever reason you should be able to still do that raid. I just had a dc in vykas g1 because germany has unstable internet. I get back spawn in vern and cant do the raid anymore. Get no refund ticket. Write the support: it can take up to 48 hours if the system deems it to be a server side problem so i probably wont get anything. Why is that a thing. Just getting a refund ticket on dc should not be that hard. Or just dont use the entry if the raid was not completed???
