Got everything except helmet in both runs. A full set is supposed to be guaranteed.

can a staff help out im not the only person that has this bug and is completely stuck unable to do anything i cant even do any guardians any abyss and any daily for 3 days now because it requires the full t3 set just to be able to start it.
The full set is suposed to be guaranteed after the 2 daily and its been 3 days now my dailys are going to waste

well the support told me they dont have the recources to help with ingame issue and said to wait another 3 days extra to contact a team to help.
Yes, that’s a ticket, they are escalating the issue to confirm what’s happening if it is intended (bad rng) or a bug.
Just a recommendation, we’ll have to be a bit patient as this investigation might take a bit more than 3 days.
the problem is that every day that passes with this issue is a day i am completely unable to do anything in the game
The dailys are locked at 1302 meaning i am completely unable to do any daily each day that passed for 3 days now missed 4 guardians so far
this problem doesnt exist in t1 and t2 because the gear is tradable meaning if anything happens you can just buy it from the market to not be locked out of your tier like in this case
Yes, you are correct T3 is not tradable, I am still grinding t2 but I do understand your concern.
is it possible to have a reset on my aura resonance so i can try again to get the helmet i straight up cant do anything right now im just locked out of being able to complete my dailys

i dont think the t3 gear is suposed to be untradable because its just stopping us from being able to do simple things like dailys if we are unable to aquire the full set
we just recently reached t3 thats why this issue was not figured earlier but this is gonna start impacting so many people once everybody catch up to t3
So AGS thinks locking their customers out of content is acceptable?
I have this issue too, ran chaos dungeon ilvl 1100 for 2 days, found other pieces but my weapon and i’m also locked from other activities at tier 3. Really curious if its intended or a bug…
