EUC is not okay, random disconnect every 15 min. Game is becoming unplayable fix this please.

Neria server 2 disconects in Vykas, got tiket reset
Kind of annoying, with Brel right around the corner i wanted to do all my:
Boss rush
Platinum fields
Cubs
Chaos Gate Maps.
But if you get DC-ed in those you don’t get the tickets/maps back.
I don’t even get the chaos dungeon refunded.
If you log back in and you are sill in the Chaos dungeon you can’t go to the next part if the time is up because the portal closes.
I wasnt really able to play since reset. When i started to play today i always got an error message (see picture) or “EAC Offline” message when i selected a character to load into the game. Now i can play for about 2min before i get disconnected…IMPROVEMENT xD
The game also crashed completely like 2 times.

Yesterday I had ‘‘only’’ 4 dc while doing random things and it felt somehow better. Today is terrible again. Dc occurs every 20-40 mins. I had to quit the game and forget raiding for today.

The sad part is, according to AGS/Amazon, only " a few" have problems. Only a small percentage of the players bother to come here, and rapport their problems. If you look ingame, especially in raids, theres DC’s all over the place. This is a big problem that is not taken seriously enough. Imagine all the players quitting the game because of this shit, ontop of all the other issues.
When we r in raid and 5 dcs happen to people from different servers, the ‘‘few’’ does not stand statistically or otherwise… I have been disconnecting non stop for a month now. Posted two or three times about it. It is impossible to just post each time it occurs and they know it. Planning to release Brel with the game sick as it is will not have the expected results for neither the players nor the company. I honestly hope they find a solution.

they know exactly how frequently we crash, freeze, lag, dc or get stuck
interpreting the data and finding a solution are completely different beasts to tackle

AGS have proven time and time again with their decision making and now server maintenance that they are completely incompentent and unable to hold the Lost Ark IP to the minimal standard for having a good experience and desire to play the game. Bots, disconnects, -10 pheons, 400 books, delays in every emergency maintenance. Please step down and auction the IP to a company that can actually deliver. Go bogg down your New World IP with your complete cluelessnes on how to maintain a large scale MMO. greedy and worthless company
