I already got 5 disconnects today. 2 times in Chaos Dungeon, 2 times in open world, 1 time in Valtan Gate 1.
I never had problems with disconnects before.
Please check this. I always get the same error message.

We were in Vykas and the game stops functioning for a bit, catches up or just DC’s 4-6 people in the raid. This has happened like 3x so far. It’s crazy town!

multiple people from multiple countries
personally had around 7 disconnects, with the first 5 being within 2 hours or so of each other.
Others have had far more, some are playing via geforce now and experiencing the same issue.

Hello, it happened to me too i got disconnected at the end of a guardian raid and lost 2 souls with rest bonus.
Will there be compensation ?

Two people in Argos disconnected at about the same time. First one guy then me. Was kicked back to the server select screen, and fortunately was able to get in before the raid finished.
Has happened before but was very rare. NA East Azena.

Same thing here, getting random disconnects in Guardians and receiving penalty, and also got disconnected 2 times during Valtan. It was the same error message as the person who made the post.

After seeing all the disconnect reports i figured i’d stay out of instances and knock out some south vern story runs on alts, been kicked back to server select three times
(Edit: it’s been 6+ months since i’ve been disconnected in game, so this is definitely something odd going on)

Just got one of these. I’m on NA East Zosma. Ate a Boss Rush ticket, too, and no replacement has arrived yet.
At Adventure Island today, a number of people were talking about lots of disconnects, and they’ve been saying the same in my guild.
Edit: 10 minutes later, got another, just chilling in Mokomoko Market. Definitely not doing any real content until we get confirmation this is fixed.
Both were SPEL codes, BTW.
Edit 2: 30 minutes later, just got an EAC error.
