attempted to load into my Lazenith EUC multiple times but get this error, repaired game etc and still nothing working
EUC Calvasus: 3 times crash in the last 15 min. I crashed yesterday too with the same error message
first: during chaos dungeon with the error message “cannot connect to the server”
second: when trying to reconnect with infinite charging bar (I have waited 5 min)
third: again infinite charging bar when trying to change character.
It’s starting to be boring your server problems at each update. Now for the respect of all, YOU OWE US THOSE REWARDS
same on Armen EUC: Disconnect during Valtan G1 Hard.
Hope there will be a refund ?
I would like to see an Official News please that you are aware of this and work on this !

I dont have a screenshot of one of the many DC / crash errors I got unfortunately,
but those screenshot are from Vykas G3… just as we cleared (Literally her stagger at the end phase was at 0%) I crashed, relogged instantly, but lost rewards… and entry is seen as COMPLETED.

Hello, it happend to me too i got lagged on valtan ph1 on 8 lines and when i came back people killed the boss in 1ph and i didnt have reward for that. Its written that i passed it. And also if i passed 1st phase like the system thinks, then i can go on 2ph but its also closed for me.

Just to add onto the reports I was getting this same error last night, happened 3 times. NAE Azena. Kinda not wanting to do clown tonight with this going on still.
Same here, lost clown entry due to a random disconnect on G1. Now I can not even try to clear G1 or any gate at all. I’m still waiting for my re-entry ticket.

Same on Karta. No dc in months but yesterday they started during raids.
