Hi, me and my friends are experiencing random dc’s for 2 days. Today I got disconnected from chaos dungeons when they just started, and I lost one day because of that. I submitted a ticket about it. Their response was: “At this time, we are not able to re-grant the ability to participate in daily content. You will be able to participate again after the daily reset.” And some steps about restarting dns which didn’t work either, we’re still experiencing dc’s. Are you kidding me? I was expecting some kind of help, maybe a few shards that I lost from chaos? Your server problems are affecting many players and all you say is apologize for the situation… To compensate for this situation, you should give rewards to the players who lost their progress on chaos dungeons, tickets etc. Thank you for reading.
