I keep getting random ping spikes, increasing my MS to 800+ from time to time…This has been happening since last patch. Please look into it

It is a new feature. Now you can pray to the RNG God that you will only get a ping spike instead of a dc. If you are really lucky you will even experience both ^^
Yes same but we r fck cuz holyday break starts tomorrow till january so forget getting answer or any solution at all
I’ve been experiencing this a ton as well lately. Exiting to Character Select screen and reentering seems to fix it.

Im having big lag spikes as of today. I tried all the steps above and also updated my videocard driver. I have checked other drivers if they needed and update as well, but they were all up to date. Sadly I still have issues and I can’t really play the game.
How is it possible that out of nowhere people have these issues? And how can we solve them?
The problems are caused among others by the massive bot count. As long as no serious action is taken against bots and RMTers, nothing will change, but rather worsen.

In that case please reach out our support team to help you further with this issue and create a ticket to the Devs team.
Also please make sure to shared the DxDiag once you have reached support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

Love how u guys try desperatly to make people believe the problem is on the computer when is clearly a server issue. All players have lag spike issues if they do not spend time reporting here is because of this behaviour of playing guilt to the user pc. Or the steam account but never a lost ark issue. Ask devs to start killing bots because could be that the heavy loa. Everyone in the game know we have a bots flood just stop playing like nothing happend and make them start working on it even having 1 person going tru islands banning people will help more than blaming pc users for everything
