Hi guys. I know there’s a lot of post regarding to this issue. I also want to share what I’ve experienced. So far, with my 2 months of playing the game I always have this randomly 3 or 5 seconds that freezes my screen in literally everywhere. Like on Chaos Dungeun/Guardian Raids, Abyss, Argos, Traveling in continents pretty much everywhere. And recently got a “Cannot connect to the server” error. On the spawn of 2 months I endure this issue because I like the game, its just really frustrating for me to have this issue everytime this happened specially on Raids and I’m afraid this will be my downfall on future Raids.
I have tried everything on google/forum/reddit you name it (if you have a suggestion please comment and I’ll look into it) And worse case scenario, considering buying a new pc. Btw I have no issues while playing some games like LoL or Valorant, Dota etc.
This is my pc specs which is I believe a minimum requirements for the game.
Cpu- AMD Ryzen 3 2200G w/ radeon vega graphics
Memory-16gb
Gpu- Radeon RX 580 series
Thanks for the reply. I already submitted a ticket entry regarding to this issue. They said it will take time, coz I reported my problem 2 weeks ago and I havent get any resolve.
Update: Since the May12 update I do not get any frozen screen anymore until now. Tho I have’nt tested my gameplay in Valtan. Hopefully this will continue ahead. (I will update this once I make into Legion Raid)

Since you have already make a ticket the Devs team are still working to investigate and fix the issue when they give us any response from the ticket about the issue we are gonna let you know about it.
Please let us know if you have the same issues in Valtan as well.
@Kagami Update: After 2 weeks of not having frozen screen. Yesterday while doing Night Fox Yoho the freezes is back again. And today after the maintenance, I got a couple of frozen screen while doing Argos and Oreha’s. I will contact the CS today to update my ticket.
@Kagami So I contacted the CS yesterday and they said that their still investigating the issue. After almost a month they havent figured out whats the problem? They also mentioned that this is a known issue from many so why is this not a priority? This is really frustrating. And we know that this is not the problem on our end. Please make this a high priority. I’m thinking to quit and give up on this game soon if the freezes continue in the following months.
I really understand the frustration you are having with this issue with the random screen freezes.
Regardless investigation, the Devs team are working hard to find out what is causing this issue and try to fix it as soon as possible and to implemented the fix to game since this is a known issue and there’re other player that are experimenting the same issue, that is the reason the are also gathering more information to speed up the process and the investigation.
Once the Devs team find the root cause of the issue and fix it, they are gonna let us know via the Forum News section and the News section from the Lost Ark page.

Thanks for the reply @Kagami . I dont know how many on AGS play the game but I think you understand how boss mechanics are important, its really annoying when it freezes right before the mechanics happen, either you survive or you smash your keyboard/mouse out of frustration. I gave them my Dxdiag info and Event error when the freezes occur, I even made a video of it how the freezes happens. I think I gave everything they ask for, but still all I can get is “were working on it” everytime I went on live CS? How many more months should I wait before they give me an exact reason why this is happening. Or maybe give us an assurance when can we expect a fix and that they are actually doing something about this.
@Kagami Im gonna quit today. In 1k hours of playing I endured the random 2-3 sec freezing of my screen(not really random, it freezes on specific events like mechanics). I have tried contacting live CS for almost 4 months and they dont do anything. They even said that its my pc problem not their game. I tried multiple games in the past weeks and none of this games give me freezes. Its so frustrating when it comes on raids. And Im pretty sure this freezes will be my downfall in the future legion raids. So I decide to quit now. Goodluck future Arkesia’s heroes.
