TLDR someone explain how rank system works
It takes into account more than just on that page i believe. Ive gotted like 3500 with 500k dmg and like 2 killing blows.
nah kills are by far the highest point booster
maybe it’s mathed into your deaths and total damage but it’s definitely the biggest multiplier
it litterely doesn’t matter, also you get extra points for killing someone on a spree.
it does matter, how do you think ranked will work?
hmm yea i had higher kills than i thought, but i consistantly get 2500+ on my pld and i really dont get that high kills usually as i play a more supportive role.
5 assists too though. so yeah kills/assist must be biggest multi with kills being priority idk. cause i bet if you had 1 kill you would’ve scored way lower. i’m just saying it’s going to be annoying to be held back in points due to kill stealing, not that it’s intentional, but if you don’t land the kill your points will suffer
Does that battlefield ranking actually do anything though? I imagine ranked MMR is based more on WL ratio at given mmr rather than some meaningless number.

I doubt it refers to battlefield points as that would mean 1 game diamond? Probably just refering to the points u get for win/lose
yeah idk, wish someone would actually explain it. maybe battlefield points and w/l determine how many ranked points you get which = this list tier
they don’t ranked points should only be from win/loss not on mvp points that you see in unranked q
hmm okay. that kinda sucks now cause i was hoping for individual elo, oh well
mvp point as far as i know is used for a different ranked system(marshel/commands/gladiators) which unlock different rewards at the npc merchant and resets weekly while plat/diamond etc is a season based ranking
fyi i did not play kr or ru so take this info with a grain of salt it might not be 100% accurate but rather close to accurate.
I do suggest you to head over to zav’s stream and ask him directly when hes live as he has played the ru ranked system and can probably explain it more in detail
i think you’re right as far as ranking isnt tied to battlefield score but a seperate ranking point system cause yeah it wouldnt make sense to start you in diamond…i was hoping rank was based on individual performance that you would have to maintain points (the individual battlescore) to stay in that rank

Well its a team fight? Ranking it on individual ‘performance’ would be kinda weird, not something you can really measure either, just because you score all the goals it doesnt mean you were playing any better than someone else in the team and there is far too many variables to score on.
