if you are seriously complaining about having to do rapport as horizontal content due to low virtues, its because you havent actually done any horizontal content. Go do your side quests.

Are you also complaining that you have to reach T3 to complete T3 dungeons? Because that sounds like to the rest of us people. Your “complain” is as ridiculous. It’s a time-gated content that is supposed to be a long time commitment. Nothing will change that, so better buckle up and be a big boy.
Not everything has to be done immediately. If it’s not worth doing Rapports, then don’t do Rapports. I haven’t told you to stop playing, just to stop interacting with a part of the game you dislike. It’s like you hate Cube, but then don’t do it mate.
I think he refers to Nia for example, needs 440 (kindness?) for some rapport dialogue… but srsly you don’t need that crap, it’s maybe 800 rapport score and won’t be a difference at all.
