Ratik quest bugged (Azena disappeared)

I just completed the Rohendel quest chain on my alt and Ratik quest says “Speak with Azena” but she is not there anymore. The quest locator is pointing to her throne but there is no one in the room. I am unsure how to submit a personal ticket for a fix but maybe other people have this issue as well.

Still this have this problem EU Central, Sceptrum). This thread made 12 days ago but no one try to fix this shit it seems. What a nice support and bug fixing…

What worked for me was this:

Check if you have the rapport quest started. If you have, then do the rapport quest first.
After doing the Quest she will reappear at her throne.

If she’s gone without you having started the rapport quest, then I can only pray for you.
