Ratik quest bugged, cannot progress

I made a post in the bug forum but havent got a response in 8 hours and I cannot progress. Azena is missing and I cannot turn in the Ratik quest for the main quest line in Rohendal. How do I get someone to fix this? I am unable to locate a ticket system in game.

I am in US East, Galatur.

check for quest log “j” if you accidentaly picked her rapport “pink” quest if you did abandon/complete it and she will appear.
