Heya, had to do alot of digging to find it but I came across this video that helped me.
you gotta do the “A New Voyage” quest from the queen of vern that leads to this.

Any news about this? I have the same Issue, I cannot enter to the Chaos dungeon because “ratik quest is not completed”, but I complete all the chain and “A New Voyage” too, so whay that chain dont give me the Ratik quest?
Just go to Rohendel

My alt cannot accept daily quests requiring Ratik quest while my gf just created a powerpass alt that can… something is wrong here.
Im having the same problem with my alt, does anyone have a solution yet?
For me in particular…I had the quest showing completed in my quest log but the chaos dungeon was still locked. Jsee123’s solution helped me. Once I ported to Rohendel it for some reason opened up.
Porting to Rohendel didn’t work for me, had to do the entire blue quest chain for it to open up… sad, now I’m not sure if I am supposed to or not… for my other boosted alts.
I’m also confused about this. My main did it and I assumed that it would unlock for all of my other alts. There has to be a way to get this quest unlocked for all of our alts after we finish the quest instead of doing it all over again for EVERY alt.
I have done this shitty quest on my main a long time ago (I can even see this quest as completed in its logs) yet both my alts now require it to continue to gear but I can’t get the bloody mission.
Hi, the powerpass is called Vern Powerpass for a reason…it brings you to Vern 
If you want to go further, you need to go to your stronghold and do knowledge transfer for gold. Here are some screenshots for you guys!

I know it’s a bit late but that was Vern Powerpass I’m assuming which means you have to do the Rohendel quest chain
