Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you got disconnected while on Valtan raid.
I understand how frustrating is to get disconnected in the middle of a raid. In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations, and in some cases the system gives the ticket back, however it can take more than 24 hours to give you the ticket, and we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience. Here’s a post that explains better how this system works.

In this case as i mentioned we don’t have a way to grant you a re-entry ticket manually, so if the system does not give you the ticket there’s nothing else we can do, I apologize for the inconvenience.

The re-entry ticket system is broken right now and doesn’t work for Gate 2.
The Customer Support staff (red badge with CS) don’t actually have any real agency, they are just replying based on a script they got which assumes the re-entry ticket system is working correctly.
We have no idea when they will actually fix the re-entry ticket system, and whether they will grant re-entry tickets to all the people missing gate 2 tickets when they do.
Live chat support has said they are working on a fix though, so there’s that.
The system that we have in place to issue re-entry tickets… is it a copy paste from KR? From what little I know, their system seems to work fine and players seems to be pretty confident in it. If our system differs or is an older iteration of it, my idea/feedback would be to use the system KR currently have.

It looks like you’re not doing anything! Since Thursday I sent a ticket and I still haven’t received anything, because your automatic ticket system doesn’t work either.
just that I don’t get disconnect, we just finished gate 1, me and my friends, we went to gate 2 and it was saying that I couldn’t enter, and it’s available
