At this time, we’re not able to re-grant the ability to participate in limited entry activities. You’ll be able to participate in weekly events after the weekly reset that happens Thursdays at 10am UTC. To enter events which require Entrance Tickets, you’ll need to gain additional tickets via Chaos Dungeon drops or Exchange merchants.

The way I read your direct response it seemed to suggest I would have no recourse other than to wait for next reset.
However, I did experience a server side issue as demonstrated by several players being kicked and locked out. This seems to fall under the “current system” in the official news link you’ve shared where I will be allowed replacement entry, if verified. Please clarify.
Correct and normally you will receive a re-entry ticket within 48 hours in your game mail if that is the case.
Still, in some cases a replacement ticket may not be sent if it’s determined that the disconnection was not due to an error on our side, so please be aware of this too.
Thanks for clarifying. By deduction the point of failure is on the server side but i will be cautiously optimistic that a ticket will be mailed. I joined the forum just to resolve this and it seems there’s a bit of a rocky situation with customer relations overall. In any case, appreciate the info. Enjoy the rest of your day.
TL;DR: It is possible to get a re-entry ticket for weekly events like Legion Raids.
On Release day of Valtan. I was disconnected due to “Server side issues.”
Then, when I reconnected to the game and attempted to enter the raid again. The system notified me that my Entry Count was used. This was for Gate 2 btw.
So, I checked my mailbox and received a re-entry ticket due to the disconnection.
