Today when we finished Gate 1, i was use Song of Escape like everytime, by accidently teammates vote continue to Gate 2, i was click Yes by accidently. And then i move to outside and can’t re entry Valtan Gate 2 even haven’t clear it. Is it possible i get my entry back?

Sorry to know there was a mix-up with your teammates while running Valtan.
Unfortunately, we can’t re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance).
The current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects. My apologies for that.
