I quit due to the constant mismanagement and backpedaling on names and naming policies. I’m a founder who bought all founders packs and starter packs but none of that matters if the name is not present. The lack of a name reservations period and sloppy head start with the unpacking fiasco made an unfair environment for players to secure their names. According to the name release policies, originally, it was said 120 days that names would be locked, then it was said manual release. Then after launch, they say 60 days after level 11. And some people were able to reuse their name deleting their characters after level 11 while those under 10 had to wait a few hours. Some people have used the name change ticket to bypass the 60 day hold and there’s proof but then support said name change tickets follow the 60 naming policy so I am unsure if they patched it up. Why are they so draconian towards the whole naming situation? There’s not even a name swapping/exchange service available.

Some bosses were definitely overtuned my dude, this is a pretty pathetic reason to stop the entire game.

Although youre right and most of these are AGS problems, some of these things are such pathetic excuses to stop the game for.
Just because some people cant minmax because of circumstances, its just kinda weird.
Where is the enjoyment in games gone?
Everything is minmaxed and speedrun these days and then people wonder why there is no content left to do xD
AGS has established themselves as a fail gaming company and a publisher. Everything it touched in the past either failed or was dropped and scratched.
Lost Ark is an amazing game but the way AGS is handling the game will kill this game for a lot of people.
I am afraid we will see another New World fail in the making.

Honestly, I do not think that the number is that far off from reality.
I don’t plan on quitting anytime soon, but I really hate the negative impact that bots have on the community (and economy esp).
Things getting nerfed doesn’t really matter to me, because being able to progress and learn the mechanics of those types of bosses help a lot. And knowing Korean MMOs, they often buff and nerf these types of things and gameplays.
I’m fine with going with the flow, but I also respect everyone’s frustration and I also get it 
my ban list is currently full because of bots, so I still see their gold scam messages in area chat… Which is a shame, because during the early-game access, everyone was super chill and I genuinely had fun socializing with everyone.
Now, with the whole lvl 30+ area chat restriction, it makes the game feel desolate and just filled with botters…

AGS should really update their anti cheat thing and get rid of all those annoying botters
For real. I only reached the first two bosses in Raid Lvl 2 and I spent nearly 2 hours with people trying to kill it. Their defense is super high and I wouldn’t mind them lowering it (dmg is fine. You’re supposed to get tossed around like a ragdoll!)
Why do you care they are nerfing some very difficult content from t1 abd t2 that most people only do once per char
@/Roxx said that they’re currently working on it behind the scenes. He can’t release any details on it in fears of hackers trying to bi-pass it. Their best-bet is to probably get a more advance anti-cheat program. From various sources I’ve read, the one we have is kinda poop and that’s putting it lightly.
I hope they do that fast :c and i really hope they ban ALL of the ppl who bought gold on botting websites
It’s shameful a script well known in generations as .LUA makes such strong and fast damage to a giant company like Amazon. Considering the current situation in New World and now LA it looks like Amazon is an e-commerce giant and a gaming dwarf. Sad situation…
the bots have gone too far now i really wish they would up the block count . I switched over to my sorc to buy some tmog off the market using my gold from the shop exchange thing . I went back to my main and the min i load in instantly spammed in whispers by gold sellers . Its so intrusive , even new world it wasnt this bad . Ik in swtor occasionally id get ingame spam mail from them . But being shouted in whispers now is crossing the line and is my only complaint for the game so far .
i dont understand why ppl would even use a 3rd party site ? We lit can convert crystals into gold in the ingame shop. I dont understand why ppl would want to risk their bank accounts rather then just buying crystals and using the currency exchange . Ive had 0 issues using the currency exchange so far and its the quickest way for gold and also the safest!
Sorry to say this, but it will continue.
Enjoy the game while cutting the part of Gold sellers and bots from your mind, it will make you happier. Cutting that portion off my mind has made me appreciate the game more.
