I’m almost 2000 hours played now. There were many dark days early on. The queue’s and bots and the rampant fearless RMTing. But things have been good for a while now. There are noticeable improvements to every main issue in a reasonable amount of time. Something new pops up and AGS/SG seems to be fixing it. Good work.
My biggest fear is total destruction of the economy. It seems like AGS/SG knows how big of a deal this is and puts anything that threatens it at the top of their priority list. This gives me a lot of confidence in the long term of the game and makes me fine with spending money on royal crystals for skins and character slots.
The game feels alive. There are bots still, but I have only once encountered them in Oreha matchmaking several weeks ago. Otherwise I only ever see them in town and the world, never in guardian matchmaking or any matchmaking. The botted prices of the before time have not returned and it feels like no one is buying their gold and if they are they aren’t able to spend it before they get banned (otherwise the prices would shoot up like before).
I am able to get in Vykas groups at 2am on weekdays. Valtan/Agros groups anytime easy.
Good work AGS/SG. I really love this game and want it to survive.
