Strikers literally do more damage than moon reaper while having the same playstyle. You can literally ask any kr reaper player.
If you heard reaper does as much dmg, they were probably being nice and not create any drama between comparing the two classes.
Unfortunate that you want to believe that ur new main will top dps in all conditions if u are “SKILLED HURDUR”.
A skilled striker has a higher cap than a skilled reaper any day but that won’t stop me from playing reaper because it isn’t just for the dmg.

DB Striker is currently absolute Top S DMG Tier class in KR, Moon reaper something between A and S. Ofc it depends on player skill, but those comparisons were made in regard of mains playing them, not a casual.

Hey Andy, I never said Im always correct or argued that Reaper deals more dmg then striker.
I said that I just heard from Kr Reaper mains that reaper deals as much dmg as striker.
I didnt said like you “Striker is stronger in every way” what is not true 
Has striker better mobility to backattack? No, striker is slow as fk and has only space bar → dmg lost. Striker cant even drash through the boss. Reaper can do this 2 times.
Can striker counter the boss from behinde? No.
Can striker craete a decoy? No.
Deals striker a lot of dmg? Yes but moon reaper as well.
So how is striker stronger in every way I ask myself.
Reaper doing good dmg but the whole thing you have to do for that dmg can be too much for some players. Its a fun class but really hard to master.
The dmg ceiling of striker is higher than reaper while striker is easier to play. Moon reaper’s mobility is limited in that she has to hit the boss with her mobility so shes not as mobile as you think.
Yes she is still more mobile than striker, which is why her damage is less than striker in terms of ceiling. A striker that plays perfectly will always outdamage a reaper that plays perfectly is what I am saying.
Mister Andy, when I said stronger I am talking about damage ceiling. Sure reaper can dash through bosses and easily back attack, which is strong, but if you want to talk about strong in this manner, it is much more subjective. You can say striker having crit synergy in his kit is strong or reaper having the ability to counter from behind is strong.
Yes you are correct that striker isn’t stronger than reaper in every way. That is a miscommunication on my part. However, I addressed that I meant damage wise since his question was about damage, which striker does indeed have a higher cap on.
Its fine though, reaper still does mid = mid high damage and one of the top 5 dps

Typical uninformed andy. A good reaper is top dps 9 times out of 10. It’s just 1 out of every 100 reapers is a good reaper. so you’ll have that 1 reaper whos top dps every time, then you’ll have 100 other reapers who spectate the floor. Sincerely, KR player.
I don’t think you read the whole thread. I never said reaper isn’t one of the top dps classes in the game. OP was asking whether or not reaper does twice as much damage as striker, which I assumed he is aiming for damage comparison to choose his class. It would be detrimental for him to think that way and realize that reaper does less damage than striker if both players are equal, which I am sure there are a lot of skilled striker players as there would be reaper.
Therefore, I am just telling him the truth that a striker with perfect rotation will always out damage a reaper with perfect rotation but that shouldn’t stop him from playing the class. Like the other poster said, reaper has more mobility than striker, even though moon mobility is still slightly limited in that they need to use it through the boss. OP should just play the class for fun not for supposed superior damage.
Don’t gloat yourself as a KR player or you will look stupid when you come into the conversation without even reading LOL. A good KR player would never randomly insults someone when they weren’t even targeted in the retort.
I didn’t read the entire post. I just read what you said, I wasn’t actually calling you an Andy, i just said that as a troll. I do play KR, have since 2019 but I’m not Korean and grew up playing mostly western MMOs so no, i don’t actually brag about anything. In KR we play LA for the purpose of accomplishment and overcoming challenges and hard raids. In the west, It just seems like everyone over here is toxic as all hell and it’s just depressing so i just stopped wasting my breathe trying to get players to stop being so toxic. LA is on a continuous downward spiral in the west and it makes me sad because i’ve waited years for LA to come out in the west so i could stop playing on 200 ping. Assuming both players are Equally skilled and both have mastery of their class, they will be pretty even in terms of dps. It just depends what happens during the fight itself. Not getting hit by mechs etc etc. I main reaper on KR and even as a reaper main i can say this, Reaper is a massive skill-gap between all other classes imo it’s the hardest to play. 9/10 times a good reaper is gonna be top DPS or at least 2nd in dps however being a good reaper is hard. 1 out of every 20-30 reapers you meet on KR will actually be good. The other 19-29 will spectate the floor. I’m not by any means the greatest reaper of all time but I’m def above average but i never use that to gloat or any stupid crap in a serious manner. I don’t actually like that mindset. I wish NA was more kind and players actually had an interest in helping one another but everyday i get on NA LA it just makes me want to quit because of how depressing it is and just stay on KR with 200 ping but yes, You’re fine. Everything you said is correct in regards to reaper/striker and my bad, didn’t think you’d take my troll post that serious lol. I just saw everyone calling everyone an andy and just joined into the trolling.

Reaper will do more DPS More consistently Yes, DPS potential wise No. Arcana is based entirely around RNG. But assuming Arcana gets 80% good RNG and both arcana and reaper are equally skilled, Arcana will do more DPS but Arcana is really hit or miss. Reaper is more consistent since it doesn’t rely on RNG. I forgot who it was on KR but someone did the math and if Arcana hits perfect card rolls through an entire raid, she has the highest DPS potential in the game.
