Is it possible to rebind shift+g to something else?
nope
you can rebind your actual g key to shift + g and you can just spam g no matter the situation as an alternative

thats kind of what i wanted to do, but in options my g key is locked? so how do i do that
if you have a programmable keyboard (corsair, logitech, probably ducky and the other custom boards as well), you can remap your G key to shift + G and it’ll still G interact with stuff in game and shift + G the sections to skip
buy a gaming keyboard with macro keys on the left side, its a godsend for lostark.
Gaming keyboard or A mouse i.e Razor synapse software included has ability to rebind/macro. Personally i have Shift+G set to #10 on naga mouse, easy reach with touching keyboard
The best setup is G, Shift+G, G for the macro as most npcs have a confirm window after the shift G skip and pressing G again clears this. Initial G is to initiate conversation. Tap one button in front of npc insta dialogue skip. Timings between presses should be set at 450-500 for the sweet spot.
Edit: initially thought u was talking about programmable macros and not individual keys so my bad. The Macro setting is still a godsend though if people have the capability

yeah l just remapped my actual G key to always be shift + G and it still works for interacting, actual shift g usage, and confirmation after the shift G so l just spam g and its done
