I’ve received my Platinum Bonus Founders Pack for joining an new server. But I’ve also received an additional Bonus Silver Founders Pack and the 150 extra crystals. Which i did not purchase.
Is it save to keep? I’ve read that some people have received also false bonus packs. Currently the Pack is still in my Product Inventory.

I also need an answer to this. Since it happened to me too.
I purchased silver and bronze, then refunded those and bought platinum.
Now I got all 3 of them.
I should mention that i also upgraded my silver pack via the refund before release. I originally bought a silver pack on steam and then later refunded it to get myself a platin pack. This all happened through the automated steam services with 0 play hours and before release of the game.

If an claim those, that’s okay is was an unexpected "gift’ if I can put it that way but it the items are revoked in the future it would be part of the patch.

Actually @JWarlock this is unrelated to what they are describing. They are Letting you know that they have received extra " bonus" founder packs. (The packs who got distributed this weekend)
And they are pointing out this might have to do with first buying a silver founder (example) and refunding to upgrade to platinum.
The game however seems to recognise it as both founder pack still being active instead of 1 and gave both bonus packs as reward.
This is excatly what i meant.
I am sorry but this is not the thing I was talking about.
I refunded my silver and bronze pack… But still got those additionally to my legitimately owned platinum pack.
