I have already logged out and I bought a character slot earlier.
After checking your account unfortunately the Arcana “Cardkiller” lvl 56 is not available to restore 
I found only two deleted characters that we can restore:
-Pifres lvl 50 Deadeye
-Hawkill lvl 50 Sharpshooter
More than welcome! 
Pifres is now restored and you can restart the game to check if it works!
