Let me take a look at your account and see if it is possible to restore your Artillerist.
Edit: I already checked your account and unfortunately we are not able to restore another character since you reach the character restoration limit.
You are able to request another restoration until 2023-09-19 since you must wait 1 year after the first restoration that you made.
