Dear Friends
I have play LA along time ago with a character lvl about 50; now i comeback and can not find the old charater anywhere? Can you help me this issue?

I’m sorry to read that your character is missing, while it is possible to restore deleted characters, we will need more information in order to find your character, do you remember their name and the server they were on? If not, could you please provide us with the name and server of an active character in your account?

Thank you for reply; unlucky i can’t remember exactly my character cause i’m not online a long time. Maybe my character’s name is Lemonpro . Can you try to check it for me?

Additionaly have you checked your universal storage on the character selection screen? After a merge of some servers all characters were moved there and you just need to move him back.

After further investigating it seems that the character with the name you’ve provided is not currently deleted, do you remember if you were using another Steam account when you were playing before? If not, please provide us with the name and server of a character that is currently active in your account, if you don’t have any you can also try creating one.

If you’ve forgotten your previous account, it may be possible to recover it, however you will need to contact Steam support, you can find additional information on how to do so in the following link:

Hello again @lechihieu59.

After further research with the information you’ve provided I’ve found that your character “Lemonpro” isn’t in another account but in the server Karta of the US East region, please try connecting to this region and confirm if you’re able to access your character.
