Recovery of an old, deleted SH

Greetings,

I’ve deleted a Shadowhunter quite a while ago, due to time and roster restrictions.
However now that my account is in a good place and I need 2 more alts I’ve been wanting to make a SH again. With Powerpasses disabled and my knowledge transfers used up however, it’d be great if I could restore my old Shadowhunter!
