I’m having this recurring issue with missing loot from different activities. Back in late July, I completed a Moake fight and nothing dropped. It did say the fight was completed, I got access to the auction and my daily field boss was consumed. Yet, I got nothing out of it. At the time, I opened a ticket with support, but over a month later I still haven’t heard anything back.
Fast forward to today, I’m completing my weekly Ghost ship, and same story again. Fight is completed, weekly entry is consumed, but no loot. What gives?
Anybody else have encountered that or got any luck hearing back from support on this?

I figured I should probably give an update on this, as it has now been two weeks. As expected, still no resolution from AGS on either of my tickets (July 24 and Sept. 1). No explanation, no “sorry we can’t help you”.
However, I did get an automated call from Amazon support where I’ve spent 30 min trying to explain to their support team what Lost Ark was. The poor lady had no idea Amazon published video game, or even what Amazon Games Studio was. There was no way for her to help me or transfer me.
