Red Portals - Still haven't received any compensation

Almost 3 weeks ago now, I encountered the cursed red portal bug with Chaos Dungeons and contacted support immediately after, in hopes that it would be caught so I can get my rewards. However reaching out to support multiple times since then and being as patient as I could be, I still haven’t received anything for my troubles. I find it kinda ridiculous that there’s a bunch of people in the forums that haven’t received items and that they have this supposed “automatic” system that determines whether or not you got the bug. What do you mean “automatic” system? I literally saw my screen freeze, I had to restart my PC and when I came back nothing was there. Hoping a CM sees this and gives ample amount of compensation for those that are still awaiting theirs.
