I was tired and meant to buy Blue Crystals from the exchange but accidently bought gold with Royal Crystals. Is it possible to get a refund of my Royal Crystals and have the gold removed from my account?
I contacted support about this twice, the first time I never got a response, the second told me it’s not possible which seems highly unlikely.

I don’t mean to be rude but what can you actually do ingame for players if you can’t even refund things people spend actual money on ingame?
Being able to refund real money purchases in a game is one of the most basic of support duties.

I understand your concern, however and sadly the refunds is not something that we can take actions with, the refunds in general are handled directly by Steam, however ingame items are considered non-refundable.

plus to preventing from user abused the system
Aware it’s my own fault.
It’s a listed transaction from the currency exchange, should be easy as hell to refund my royal crystals and take the 30k gold back I recieved.
I might not care so much if the cost of buying gold with royal crystals wasn’t so abysmal.
If they would refund your part, they would also have to correct the transaktion on the other side. You bought gold from other players who have gotten blue crystals in return.
