Refund on unclaimed skin

I recently bought the Umar explore skin (bound) by mistake on one of my character. I was using blue Crystals to do so. I never equipped the item and it’s still unclaimed where you normally receive items from the mari store. Does Amazon normally refund those blue crystal and remove the skin ?

I don’t think anyone got actual help from amazon support on topics other than character restoration.

Support said they were going to send it to the dev team ad within 7 days they will get back to me. They made it seem like they remove the unclaimed skin and refund what you paid. But I wanted to get an official response.

Update this please when you get your ansser within 7 days, if they actually supported it would be big and I’d be a lot happier.

Will do so , and I will post the reply here as well. Hoping maybe a mod or a dev that normally checks these forums could maybe answer if they have such a system in place.

It was not through the steam wallet what I don’t understand when you are buying something with the paid Crystals you are asked a few times to confirm your order with the blue ones it’s not the same.

Did you get the official support answer yet? I really want to be wrong, but I fear I was right and they were not able to help you at all.

So I contacted support and they said it’s still under review they have till Friday. I lost the original conversation but I remember the tech telling me that If they remove the the skin from your unclaimed inventory that’s a good sign that they are most likely going to refund you. They removed it on Monday but I have not received the blue crystals for it.

Update : thank you Amazon for being understanding and flexible I got refunded for the crystals. “840 blue crystals”

@Fenrirskoll hey fen , if you guys could bump this post it would be great. It seems like you guys get a lot of crap first time ever using Amazon support and it was fair and pleasant experience. Just wanted to show some love to you guys and thank you for doing what you do.

That’s amazing! You never hear from people who got help, and I’m not only happy for you, but also for the game that they don’t rely on
“Nope” for any problem. The ID lockout is a heavily recurring issue I had to witness in my static and their zero tolerance stance on manually fixing a lost id is all you hear about.
