Can I please request a refund for the founders pack? I’ve only gotten 5 hours in the game and due to the server outage on Galatur I won’t be able to play until the game releases on the 11th anyway.

Unfortunately after the early launch date (February 8th, 2022) Founder packs can not be refunded due to our policies, the only exception to this is made when a player accidentally buys 2 Founder Packs of the same tier.

@Combee please don’t give me the shaft on this one. I paid for the early access and I’ve only been able to get 5 hours in. The server my toon is on has been down all night for me and I won’t be able to play again until the game releases. I don’t know if you have to escalate this to someone else, but sorry isn’t an acceptable response for me when I paid specifically for early access.
