Refund ticket vykas hard gate 2

Hi, i would need help regarding to my ticket not receive via my in-game mail since thursday sudden short maintenance after the server was up in eu central and got disconnect while doing gate 2.
It has been 5 days already since the incident, kindly assist me on this situation please. Thank you.
Have already submit a web ticket on thursday and they mentioned about the 24hours and 48hours situation. But it has been more than what is mentioned. Nothing is resolve.

I’m sorry to read you didn’t received your entry back, please remember the following points regarding the current systems that grants the re-entry tickets back:

  • The current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
  • Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

In this case and since after the 48 hours the entry hasn’t been given back then sadly it won’t be addressed, the reason for this unfortunately is not shared with anyone and we don’t have access to get to know more information related to it.

But this lost of entry is due to maintenance issue. It is not due to bad connection.
How can i verify it ? I can allow you guys to check my game log if that is needed.
Need a solution before this week’s reset so i can get my weekly reward.
