For those that are currently in T3, do gems lose their effectiveness like accessories when going up in tier? Or they remain the same with t3 gems be even more powerful at lower level than higher level t2?

Ah fair, that’s still a bit something if u have some good ones at lv6-7 while you work your way up on the t3 ones.
