Region cannot be selected

Hello team, I am experiencing the known issue where I cannot log into my game.

Upon opening it will log me into SA servers, I am NAE servers.

My game has been having this issue since the past month now, I bypass it through a Geforce Now subscriptions, but this is only a bandaid.

Since Geforce Now is sleeping this morning I decided to seek support from LA to get my game back and runnning.

I was told by the agent that I just need to wait until the devs founds a fix. I told the agent I didn’t understood what he’s saying and he simply closed the chat window with me.

Is it true that I can potentially be waiting 5-6 months before being able to run LA on my computer again ?

PS : Can’t provide screens of the convo with the agents since he closed it on me.

  • ISP
  • Server
  • Region
  • Character Name
  • IP Address.
  • If you do not know how to find your public IP, click this link and include the result in your ticket.
