Helllo there,

I play on EU Central, and i got bugged, cannot change to my location, and it appears this msg error.
I know this happens time to time to some plays, but all the topics I saw on this matter have no solution, ppl just wait for some time and it solves by it self.
There is any actual solution? , i can’t log in for 12 hours now, at least - and I have done all the basic stuff already, like repair the game and reinstall it.

I’m very sorry to hear about you not being able to enter your region. I understand how this can be quite frustrating!
I see that the issue has been happening for two hours, this is definitely not good! As a general troubleshooting, are you able to enter into other regions?

Additionally, here are some troubleshooting resources you can try in order to try and solve this issue!

You can also try and Verify Files Integrity

In order to to that, go to your Steam Library and Right Click on the Lost Ark Title > Properties > Go to the Local Files Section > Then run the “Verify integrity of game files” check. If this does not work, please reinstall the game and check if it solves the issue.

Another potential solution is to Turn off IPv6:

From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.

  1. Select Network and Internet.
  2. In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.
  3. When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
  4. Select Properties.
  5. Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6.
  6. Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
  7. Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
  8. Try launching the game again. A PC restart may be necessary.

Hi,
its 12hours, not 2 hours. - Im locked on EUW that is the only region I can enter.
I have to assume you actually read the content of the posts, but i already repaired the game and reinstalled, like i said before. it seems to be a problem on server side / data base, because i haven’t done anything different or unusual on my computer before the bug happens - not even a restart, i was afk, the game “shutdown” when I come back, it start doing this.
