Region is closed and can’t be selected

Hello, I used to play on the West NA server, and when I logged in again day before yesterday it shows “Region is closed and can’t be selected” until today. My account was defaulted to SA. Can someone help me fix it please? thanks!

By reading post from others I believe my ip address got blocked. Can someone fix it for me please?

The server I used to play on is Rohendel on North Amercia West. I have tried everything I could including reset my router, delete the game and download the game, turn off the firewall etc., and yet it does not work whatsoever. Could you please check is my ip address is blocked? I have sent you a dm of my ip address. Cheers!

Oh wait I cannot message you, I do not want to expose my IP address in public, how am I supposed to tell you what my ip address is?

Thanks for the information, when you tried to sign back didn’t the game asked you to choose a new server since the one you were on is no longer available? Usually this happens when a server is merged into another one or in this case Rohendel recieve another server merged into it.

As well sadly we don’t have the possibility to review detailed information as a possible IP restriction, the only ones allowed to do so are the penalty team, you can try to place an appeal if you consider is necessary following this link:

Do you have a VPN running?

If not you can try setting your region before booting the game using this guide -

(1) change region in Lost Ark, without opening the game? : lostarkgame (reddit.com)
