4-5 days ago you guys banned some IP ranges (why?) and I was one of them. This problem occurred last month and we had to send you our ip to get it fixed. Why did you make the same mistake? is this an AGS tradition? combat bots by banning random ip ranges every month?
The only way I can play now is through my phones hotspot. I created a ticket 4 days ago and still nothing.
I had this problem 2-3 months ago and still no solution or fix. They closed the original forums for this problem and said they added it onto the support section under “technical”. Although I messaged them about a week or two ago and was told they’re still looking into it when I created my original ticket asking for help of this issue.
The same problem with me too, haven’t been resolved for 3 weeks now
Sadly the support ticket is probably just a decoration with generic replies, since the Valtan release, no ticket was resolved from my friends and me
3 weeks? damn. Such a simple solution too. To a problem they already fixed before. I would say I’m disappointed in AGS but at this point I expect nothing else.

If you continue to receive this error message after troubleshooting, Contact Us for further investigation. Make sure to include the following information:
- Character Name
- IP Address.
- If you do not know how to find your public IP, click this link and include the result in your ticket.

I’ve done this twice already with no messages back nor updates etc. The problem still not being solved/fixed. I’ve given my info (ISP, Server, Region, Character Name, IP Address, etc. to no avail. If I’m being honest I’d rather get a message saying “we don’t know how to fix it or your issue isn’t being looked at or was dropped” etc. Then to get replies repeating the same “fixes” that don’t work. (And not to sound mean or anything but how are we supposed to enjoy the game or give AGS money if we can’t even play the game?)
