Region is closed but servers are online bug or issue

Currently experiencing a bug where i can’t choose NA West server. Already done file verification and PC restart but no luck. Please Help!

same here Cant choose NA west. it was okay a while ago, i closed the game to restart windows and have a snack then i cant come back on NAW
