I really hope these regions are included because if they are it will increase the chance of having either a SEA or an OCE server.
Amazon isn’t providing the game to either of those countries. You can see the list of their supported countries in FAQ | Lost Ark - Free to Play MMO Action RPG (playlostark.com) under WHAT REGIONS WILL LOST ARK BE AVAILABLE IN?
Smilegate signed a deal with a publisher in Taiwan but I haven’t seen what countries it includes. You could search for any newer information since this article was written.

We already know this but we can still hope that as with countries that were only recently added to the list that more will follow suit.
Lets just subscribe for a VPN and play NA. Licences and crap they all end up like a mess because of the cash shop at the end of the day.
If that list changes, the team will announce that news on their socials.

As long as it is not region/IP locked and allows us to access the game through Steam I’d be ok with that. At the moment the store does not even show the game at all through a search.
Pretty weird that South East Asia not allow to play. The market is pretty BIG here as well.
