I tried changing my login location through changing useroption.xml, but I still get redirected to wrong server and cannot get into east server.
I’m the guy who had issue with 10010 error last time and made whole big thread about the issue. Can I get help and explanation in good time now? Especially that Vyakis is getting released in 2 days.
And no, I am not using VPN.
And no, I don’t do RMT. I buy crystals and exchange it for gold.
And yes, I already verified files through steam. Nothing wrong.
Same here, having this problem like 6-7 within a month and having this issue since May.
Is there any way to solve this?
I understand that bots must be banned from the game and apricate the team did things to stop them, but banning people who play the game normally too is not a good thing for the community.
I have submit tickets to CS and they let me keep looking the forum for the latest news…
To be honest this is quite upsetting as I love this game and start playing it since launch.
Can we get a nice reply for this issue and get some help to fix this issue, since Vykas is right around the coner and I would like to do this raid with my guild mates.
You can see there are several posts out of here about this issue. Seems a lot of ppl have the same problem but AGS doesn’t has much response.
I can’t enter the game 2days ago and spent all my time after work to fix this problem (mine is region is closed) and as you known maybe we only can enter our server with smartphone hotspot; someone with 10010 problem even can’t enter the game:( sadge
I may quit the game after this week update although I have already spent some money on my character.
Same, usually play NA East but get blocked in the South America server. I tried using GeforceNow and it worked just fine. I also experienced the error 10010 a couple of weeks ago, seems like the same people might be getting hit by what they are doing.
Yeah same issue here. Im just waiting for the “It’s your ISP’s fault” not ours. I was one of the ones that was randomly IP banned then unbanned like two days later, now this. WTF. I live in Boise, Idaho and play on NAW. I see how AGS/SG thinks I live in Brazil.
Yeah this has been a constant issue that they dont know how to fix. Although this south america region thing i have never seen before. Hopefully just like last time it randomly fixes itself for me.
My guess is yet again they were going too hard on the bot ban and dragged more people in like they do every single time there is a ban wave or they change how they ban bots.
For some people like myself it did, for others its been weeks. IDK about this new south america glitch that i have but im hoping this is something on their end. Usually they just blame your ISP and say its on your end when for a lot of people its not.
Best case scenario this new bug is on their end and they just went too hard on the bots and dragged real players into the bans which they tend to do a lot. Then it is usually fixed within a day or two. Otherwise were screwed.
