Region Unavailable "The region is closed and can't be selected"

Hello, whale of time here.

North American player here who played on EU Central: Zinnervale with friends. I’ve streamed Lost Ark for some months now and woke up today to find that I cannot log in to EU Central from NA East.

I can’t seem to log in. Is this a fix for bots or RMTers and I got region locked out of my own account or what’s going on here?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Currently there is no issue with EUC servers you should be able to login and play with your characters.

Let’s try some troubleshooting first:

  1. Please run the Steam file check to discard corrupted files.
  2. This issue could be related to a packet loss problem, if you are playing with wireless please try by playing with a wired connection.
  3. If is possible please try to play using another internet connection (such as a mobile hotspot) just to discard and see if you still experiencing a high ping with a different internet connection.

Please make sure your video drivers and Windows are in the last update.
