Hello, I attempted to enter “Rehearsal” Kakul-Saydon on my Alt character to practice, but the lobby bugged and only I went inside. All other party members left and now I am unable to enter rehearsal mode. As you can see, the gates are not cleared but the entry count is exceeded.
This wouldn’t be a problem to be honest if then AFTERWARDS, I have cleared on my main character “Normal” Kakul-Saydon and not received any mayhem marks this week.
Can I receive my marks somehow / get an entry refresh on rehearsal?
In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to 24H, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we are not able to give those mentioned remarks. Our support team is only able to restore items that were destroyed within 7 days so even with a ticket, we are not able to give them.
Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience but the only option will be waiting for the system if it determines that the entry has to be re-granted which we can’t guaranteed on our side.
