Hey Lost Ark Support team,
I was wondering when we could expect to see the release of the April content mentioned in the roadmap? The current speculation is the 14th due to the end of the sign in event. If you can’t give us a release date I would like to know why? Is the date still not set or is it a company policy to not give dated till much closer to the patch coming out? If that’s the case its fine I would just like to know what to expect for future content releases.

Generally when you own a product which can be improved further and continously, setting deadlines can be detrimental for your company if you miss it.
That’s why is normal for companies to not set dates but give themselves the liability of some space to not shoot themselves. If you need examples, check any game that has been delayed.
Content will come, there is no rush but also don’t marry with the 14th as many implies. Better to just wait for official words
With the event tokens changing date to 21st April.
My guess is the event is extended 1 week then we see big patch 21st April.
The event tokens didnt change there are 2 sources of books. 1 from grand prix and they expire 14th OTHER from guardian raid they expire 21st
Also chances are high we will get the update on the 14th as doing two big patches in a month from other regions is a big no no

Correction: After checking, the naruni event tokens and books have been extended to April 21st. Event Guardian is still running through April 28th.

This doesn’t have anything do do with patience or expecting the update on a certain date. I was just curious as to why they seem to be so hesitant with dates. For something that it this close to release holding back dates and letting people assume can be just as detrimental as saying a date and missing it.
Maybe they are extending it so that way the lance master people can use to event to get higher ilvl faster? Idk… honestly
BUT what i do know is they only do 1 content patch a month. (i think rox confirmed it)
and the log in rewards expire the 14th right?
Also on the login rewards it literally says (before the scheduled maintence) so they have to have it pre scheduled as amazon is also just a publisher so they cant change anything.

They could still patch 14th.
But my pessimism makes me think to expect delays from AGS and the time change indicates a change of plans.
they only do 1 content patch a month tho. SG always does only 1 content and 3 maintenance

Would you consider the login rewards as part of the content patch? They could do new login rewards on the 14th and the South Vern/Glaivier/etc patch will be 21st.
Though, it’s more likely the Naruni was extended to allow new Glaivier users to enjoy the rewards as mats are char bound.

That’s true, but I don’t consider them tied together. I think they just happened to coincide at the same time. March 10 and April 14 happen to be the second Thursday of the month. In may, the login reward will end on the third Thursday. As the weeks pass, the Login reward will begin to start and end towards the end of the month (login rewards run for 35 days)
Edit: the First login event was shortened, I think, to end on the second week of March and coincide with the content release.
The events, don’t matter. It doesn’t matter when they end, whether they were extended, or not. They have nothing to do with content patches. The content patch will always come with a new login event. Store update. Class releases. And new content. The end. Events will come and go as they wish.
