I play NA East, on Una server. I have 6 characters.
I’m being robbed of my relic map rewards. I’ve completed a 1415 Chaos Gate in South Vern. I obtained the relic rarity map ( Colorful Fortune’s World ( 1 people)), I made it to the dungeon and I couldn’t open the chest. I could barely run to it, 2/3 of the map was not loading at all. Why can’t I be compensated for such a rare chest I lost due to problems out of my control.
It’s the same problem for the Yorn region. Some parts are not rendering at all, and I’m talking in and out of dungeons. I can never finish the last 15-20% of my chaos dungeons because Yorn is all messed up and a million error codes start to appear preventing me to even activate skills. I’ve verified my game file integrities with Steam, and everything has been validated, meaning this is something on the developer’s end.

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.

When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
