Having started the game with a Berserker and getting tired of it, I created a sharpshooter. I mounted my berserker until I got the powerpass to finally put my other persona niv 50 ilvl 302, now the question is: I no longer have the blue quete, which makes us travel all over the continent, If I deleted the berserker, would I find that set of pins on the sharpshooter?

There’s no need to delete a character at all. Just don’t use it, or use it as an alt. If you delete the character it shouldn’t have any major effects, but there’s no way to know for certain.
Edit: Re-reading your question, you’re talking about the blue story quests? You automatically complete the blue quests if you use powerpass. You have to level your gear to 460 and then you can go to Rohendel to get more blue quests. You won’t get more if you delete your berserker.
