They will not remove the limit because they will sell punika passes or feiton or yorn passes in the future. They just can’t do it now because of the material prices where they earn a lot. you will start seeing changes where they would want more characters and alt in higher tier is when people start quitting because of the honing rates.
I haven’t beaten the Metus Island one yet, that one is a literal nightmare.
Do they actually have those sold passes in other regions? If so then my hope is restored honestly thanks I hope that’s the case. Maybe I will just take a break from the game until then or only play my main lmao. That does make sense if it is going to be a sold thing that they would keep the restriction.
I’ll just say that its great to have a hard limit making you play through the story lines here and there, its a nice way to ensure that you get a lot of the continents discovered and cleared out in the tome. Also gives a incentive to look for Mokoko’s when you speedran it in the beginning to get to end content quickly. I do not share the sentiment of removing it.
I watched zeals stream he said they have yorn pass but im not sure now cause they start at t3 lol
So its a case of. Please, maybe fix this cause im lazy.
NA Playstyle i guess
No, He is right anyways what is the point of doing the same main quest over and over again. if you already did it on your main. You will have to upgrade the ilevel of your characters anyways as a gate.
Pretty much, I mean the systems there to be lazy - so why not let us just be lazy at a cost to ourselves anyways? Doesn’t make much sense to limit it unless, like a previous poster said, they are just going to monetize it in a different way.
I guess outside of laziness, it would also help people who don’t have much time to play and may want to try out multiple characters in different levels of content. If you can only play like 1-3h a day then having to dedicate an entire session to going through story for the x amount of time, instead of being able to just play the actual multiplayer part of the game that would be a good reason as well. Even if I don’t fit into that category.
1600g stealth mission?
There’s a stealth mission in the Feiton quest line that’s pretty bad and it would cost 1600g (iirc) to skip the Feiton content to avoid doing the quest
Oh I don’t remember anything bad. the Stealth stuff is pretty easy with a controller, click to move would be a pain.
Have you thought of the potential impact of this throughout the entire game? Or you just want another nerf because you can’t stand stuff is locked for you and want it unlocked for your own benefits?
Unlocking it also means people with ill intention are going to abuse it and level up i.e. bots to rnd game and get access to even more end game loots to sell. Now that will be game breaking.
Well, you can still roam around with a ton of alts, it just takes longer to get them there.
Yes, but they’re predominantly low level if not lurks around level 50 just starting.
Having KT unlocks means people with susceptible wealth can power level an alt to past soft lock and get even more wealth.
You know why engravings are so damn cheap for common and rare? That’s why. (tons of bots and alts level to soft lock and Immediately unload all engravings)
But Knowledge transfers after the very first one is completely useless what they need to do is increase the Feiton Knowledge transfer to 2,000 or even 2,500 gold and add the feature that gives people 1100 armor. So people who do wish to skip after they reached 960 can skip straight to Tier 3. It’s what they should have done in the first place to give people an option during the low honing success rate and low mat earnings.
I agree. It’s one of those damned if you do and damned if you don’t situations. I’m gradually adding characters to my alt army and even redoing the quest lines for chaos dungeons feels like an absolute drag having finished them so many times already. I don’t think I’d have patience to run through the whole story once more just to get an alt up to 302.
That’s a pretty silly take tbh.

You need to have a level 50 and have leveled up your stronghold to a point. Bot accounts don’t last long enough to make this worthwhile

Yes I want things in the game for my benefit, like every single other player, removing the limit would also benefit other players so this particular want isn’t entirely selfish
Signed, and +1.
I don’t have as much time to play as I’d like, and keeping up my dailies as well as my alts can be very difficult when I know that it takes at least 2 hours per zone for half of my alts. At the very least, easing the restriction to allow for more characters per manually quested character would be greatly appreciated.
Amazon and Smilegate highlighted a lack of alts as one pain point in their post, and I’m willing to bet that this - while not the lion’s share of the reason - does act as a large enough barrier that it prohibits the level of play they want to see.
Not every other players but every other players that want to be spoon-fed and basically asking a nerf. You’re no better than people ranting and cussing on forum, and always feel entitled to have a say in content releasing.
If I have a character that has already done the story, already have the honing research for the previous tier, and have already beaten all of the Abyssal Dungeons and Guardian Raids for the tier I want to get my alt to, why is the concept of easing or removing the restriction of 1 manual per 1 auto such a colossal problem?
“I did it! So can you! I don’t want my achievement invalidated!”
Sounds like you’re the entitled one, friend.
Some of us want to experience this game and have commitments in the real world that prevent us from doing so at the same rates as others. My main is 1355 and probably sitting on enough resources to push to 1370, but I want to pad my silver and gold first. I have roughly 3 hours per day during the week. Pushing another alt through Rohendel, Yorn, or Feiton is a colossal time investment that I don’t have.
