Remove requirement item level content in T3

I suggest remove the requirement item level for T3 content,
Give us the free will go to any dungeon/content we want regardless of our item level
If we die and fail , its our decisions
Change it to recommended instead requirement

It will solve bounch of problems nowdays

Such as:

  1. If my friends are 1385 and I still 1355 , I could still play with them (please dont be smart’*** , no reason why 1385 will play with 1355 ATM)
  2. Some big whales wants to “show off”, let them, because right now, unless typing in the area chat: “IM 1385”, it doesn’t gives them nothing
  3. People will increase their item level only to be stronger, not for getting into new contents
